Where do you ship? We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed on each product page and at checkout.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package's journey.

Can I change or cancel my order? Please contact us at support@zenvi.eu as soon as
possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us at support@zenvi.eu within 48 hours
with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Are your products safe for all pets? Our products are carefully selected for quality and safety. However, every pet is different. Always check the product description for size, breed, or age recommendations. If unsure, consult your vet.
